Nobody can tell what future contains, what secrets are being revealed. If we'd never try, we would never find out. Living a life wondering must be as tough as any adventure that lies ahead. So, we leave what some call security behind us, and trust our own ability, judgement and common sense, hope for a little bit of luck and trust statistics, as well as the countless sailors who have done it before and encouraged us.

The first few months of 2005 felt like a thick rope all knotted around a huge bollard. No end was visible, it was hard to find either a start or an ending. Where should we begin? How do you undertake such a "project"?

Like the ancient norns in Scandinavian mythology we have eventually succeeded in straightening out our stings of life. Endless discussions later, working steadily ahead, purpose minded with Germanic organization and detailed planning, we have overcome countless hurdles and questions along the way. For sure this is an exciting time.
